Delivery area
We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other territories is not available at the moment.
Shipping costs
Delivery within the 48 contiguous states is free, regardless of the order value. There are no hidden fees.
Delivery times
Typical delivery time for items in stock is three (3) to seven (7) business days, depending on your location. Items that are not in stock show their expected availability on the product page. You receive tracking details by email.
Carriers and delays
Orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx. Delivery dates are estimates. Delays can occur for reasons outside our control, such as severe weather, peak demand or carrier network disruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for such delays.
Packaging
All items are packed to mail-order standards with protective materials, recyclable wherever possible.
Please check your delivery
Please inspect the goods and the packaging on delivery. If anything is damaged, note it with the carrier if possible, keep all packaging, and report the damage to us at mb@isycommerce.com within two (2) business days of delivery. See Returns and Refunds for how this works.
