Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Delivery to the 48 contiguous states is free, no matter how large or small your order is.
Do you deliver outside the 48 contiguous states?
Not at the moment.
Do I have to assemble the furniture?
If a piece needs partial assembly, for example when legs have to be screwed on, this is noted on the product page under Assembly. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering.
What should I do if something arrives damaged?
Inspect the goods and the packaging on delivery. If anything is damaged, note it with the carrier if possible and send us photos of the piece and the packaging as soon as possible. We will then resolve the damage quickly with the carrier.
Materials and care
What is the furniture made of?
Almost all of our furniture is made of solid mango wood. Depending on the model, brass, rattan, marble or leather, bouclé and linen upholstery are added. The material is listed on every product page.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Solid wood is a natural material. Grain, knots and color tone differ a little on every piece. That is not a defect, it is what makes each piece one of a kind.
How do I care for solid wood furniture?
- Do not place it directly next to a radiator or in strong sunlight, otherwise the wood can move and fade.
- Wood is not water- or heat-resistant: use coasters and wipe up spills immediately with a lint-free cloth.
- Do not use harsh cleaners or chemicals.
- Care for unvarnished surfaces with beeswax from time to time to keep the shine.
How do I care for upholstery and covers?
Vacuum fabric covers regularly with the upholstery nozzle. Do not rub stains and do not soak the fabric. Fluff cushions about once a week and keep upholstered furniture out of direct sunlight so the color does not fade.
